Sights Festivals The people SARS in China

Welcome to Travel in China.net - owned and managed by Freelance Tourleader & Independent Travel Adviser Anders Baadsgaard Pedersen (Andy) from Denmark.

Spring has arrived most parts of China and our latest project Shepherd Treks with base in Lijiang in west China's Yunnan province had a fine start. Nature lovers have already experienced great adventures with our chief guide mr Aku. Please click on the Shepherd link to learn more about our unique treks in the magnificent nature around Lijiang.

Treks:

Shepherd Treks are conducting trips to previously untouched places in Lijiang and Zhongdian. Interesting treks of different levels among the Naxi-, Tibetan-, Yi-, Pumi-, Nu- and Musou ethnic minorities. We guarantee an authentic trek experience far off the common paths and close to the nature and ethnic peoples of Yunnan.

Group- and tailor made tours:

In cooperation with  paulstours.comand Headoffice we are offering group- and tailor made tours around China with focus on alternative itineraries for the  traveler who is a little bit adventurous. Do not hesitate to e-mail  us anders@travelinchina.net if you would like to know more or to book a tour.

Also in Beijing Travel in China.net are ready to arrange almost anything related to travel in China. This ancient capital has so much to offer. In cooperation with Beijing resident mr Zhou Bing (Tony), who has more than 10 years experience in organizing tours in Beijing and around China, we take pride in arranging everything from corporate meetings to school tours.

One of our repeat visitors to Beijing is Eckersberg Friskole from Denmark.

Under the slogan New Beijing - Great Olympics China's capital is slowly being transformed into a modern city with improved environment. Almost everyone here are looking forward to the 2008 Olympic Summer Games which are hosted by Beijing.

Travel in China.net has already arranged sports events in Beijing. Soccer matches, badminton tournaments and other sports can be arranged for a fee. The fee depends on the level and duration of the arrangement and the sport event will usually be part of a Beijing sightseeing program. See this "Beijing sport" itinerary.

We can also arrange one week walking trips on and along the Great Wall. For less walking, but maximum fun try our Beijing itinerary including one full day trek on the wall. See the "Beijing/Great Wall" itinerary.

Are you looking for a classic Beijing experience see this "Beijing Classic" budget friendly itinerary.
